(5,762 posts)(A) All options including abortion, prenatal care, post-natal care, supportive infant care, parenting classes, anonymous adoption services, and counseling, should be available to all pregnant women from the moment of conception. Personally, I think these should be free, as should all medical care. It should go without saying that prevention of unwanted pregnancy should be made a priority, including education, free and available contraception, and reproductive health care for both men and women.
(B) See (A) above. Society's responsibility is to support the woman in her choice to either continue or terminate the pregnancy, and beyond, if necessary. If a zygote --> embryo becomes a fetus, its mother requires health care throughout and after the pregnancy.

You will note that morality does not enter into this discussion. Ethics, yes. In my opinion, it's difficult-to-impossible to assign "morality" to a medical procedure. Unless you have an agenda, that is.
