1. I find it hard to believe that you're actually believing this bullshit.

1. The mother of the slain baby has GSR because she was shot at close range, there will always be GSR on the victim of a close range gunshot.

2. The aunt of the shooter led police to a .22 cal. pistol, the same caliber that killed the 2 year old.

3. A priest has I.D.'d the shooter as the one who shot him with a .22 cal. pistol 2 weeks earlier.

4. The younger teen has confessed and implicated the older teen as the shooter.

5. The police have said that the GSR on Louis Santiago could very well have come from an industrial source not related to a firearm.

6. When the older teen was arrested, he just happened to have 2 .22 cal. bullets in his pocket, the same cal. that wounded the mom and killed the baby, and, coincidently, wounded the priest 2 weeks earlier.
Coincidence? I think not.

And there's this.

"Police have not named Sherry West or Louis Santiago suspects in their son’s murder; however, Santiago is in jail for aggravated stalking of West."
