Why don't you scan it and post it? You have never had a rate increase before?
If it went up because the cap came off, then maybe you finally have real insurance.
If it went up because of requirements for preventive care or contraceptives, it shouldn't have. Actual data shows that these save money.
If it went up because of health care inflation, that is actually lower than many recent years.
