What if they bombed the city he is in with a conventional or nuclear bomb?

Isn't the real issue whether or not these people should be killed? The drone issue is a distraction. If you want to argue the target people should not be killed, then it should apply to any means. The real argument should be that they should not be killed. Support the idea that we have no business killing them.
