I think, for the most part, cops are a useless segment of our society. They are never around when you need them, and are frequently there when you don't want them to be. What aggravates me the most, as has been posted many times on different threads, is that they are not obligated to protect citizens, but to apprehend criminals. For every cop who is a decent human being, there is one who isn't, maybe never was.
