6. Maybe where you live.

Where I live everything needs permit. Even parking a trailer on the land. You will have to show them you have a proper well and septic tank. You are only allowed to burn when it's wet (fire danger). I'm watching what my new neighbors are going through who bought a tract of undeveloped land over the fence from me. It used to be a horse pasture. All they have been able to do so far without permits is mow down the brush since they bought it a year ago.
