I am sorry about your situation and it sounds like only a federal solution will assist with your child’s needs because your state is not interested in helping those who need the most help.

It would be nice if the Democrats in Congress had at least some power in Congress to help those who need the most help.

Have you looked at what whout be available to you if you moved, you may not have to depend on family.
