How Republicans Plan To Rig The Next Presidential Election, In Six Pictures, Assign electoral votes by congressional district - shows 6 blue states in the 2012 election and how they all have many more Republican congressional seats than Democratic seats -- so its more than roughly neutralizing the electoral vote, the Repubs would actually net out a large number of electoral votes from these states,

(Florida, Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Virginia. Only Wisconsin is it close -- the Repub advanatage is only 2 seats.
