Is a false statistic. When extensions run out and people drop off it it looks lower. When many self employed lose their business they don't even show up on the stats EVER. And there are millions of us in these two positions and we are not counted. Do you remember tarp? How much of that has been paid back? Have you heard of Q Eternity? Lets really look at the facts of which you speak.
