I considered Canada or Europe about 35 years ago but immigration information wasn't very accessible at the time. The libraries I checked didn't have much and I gave up on the idea. Then I got older and less desirable per immigration policies.

The U.S. needs a new constitution but that won't happen. A constitutional convention of today's Koch-sucking politicos would likely produce a corrupt, special interest, human disaster anyway.
