And yes, everyone is different. But I think everyone should drink more water. Some people of course never gain weight, while others are very prone to it.
But most folks are very dehydrated.

Can water intake be in the form of iced/hot tea. I drink a lot of both, daily. Just plain water,

What about trying to get her to drink flavored soda water? Maybe start with Truvia to sweeten
