3. Not surprised at all. I read an article on Huff Post during the campaign that talked about how

badly the campaign was being run. It mentioned that the Romney campaign was spending 3X what the Obama campaign was spending for TV ads while the Obama campaign was running twice as many ads. The story said that if the candidate picked when the ads ran, they paid a premium; it the TV station picked when the ads were run they paid a discounted rate. They also paid a much lesser rate if they book TV time in advance. The Obama booked ad space three months in advance. The Romney campaign chose not to. The story said that Romney had a chief role in determining when his ads were run. I laughed out loud when I read that and said to myself, "And this is the businessman that Ann says was going to save us? HA!!!"
