6. There need not be an inherent difference. It's a question of resources and priorities.

The resources are there - the priorities are lacking in this country to offer all kids a high-quality education, like at the Sibley Friends School, in Finland, or in some of the wealthier suburban school districts in America.

We just have to reorganize our priorities.
