through a manslaughter or murder charge for killing a human being. It could be as simple as fender bender and a woman having a miscarriage shortly afterwards. If not one of those you could still face a costly lawsuit affecting your life for years. So, they're either lying about what a human being is, or they need to apply it just like you killed a baby in a baby carriage. That's what you would do for a human being especially a child. People get the death penalty for killing "children" intentionally.
