In reply to the discussion: Lindsey Graham lets slip his true agenda... [View all]Lint Head
(15,064 posts)14. Graham is a dyed in the wool racist.
He attended a party next door to my brother inlaws house in a rural area of South Carolina. It was a small gathering. They were in their back yard. The house is rather small with a chain link fence seperating it. I could hear the loud voices from lots of drinking. I listened over the fence when Graham got up to make his speech. This was back when he ran the last time. I heard outright references to not allowing people on welfare and food stamps to take over government and other more blatant racist terms. He is not what you think. He is less moderate than the media presents him to be.

I think the stifling air in the closet of denial he's living in is warping his brain.

Agreed. They'll distort the true facts of Benghazi, seizing this "opportunity" to rev up impeachment

He couldn't have achieved much even without impeachment. The Rs ran both the Senate/House.

We never learn. They were emboldened twice over when Bush's impeachment was "off the table."
