3. Something about this whole Rove schtick smells to me.

When Kelly was prancing down the hall to the Decision Team's room, she made a comment to the TV crew something like "this is how we practiced it". Why would they have 'practiced' this unless it was a stunt already programmed. I don't pretend to understand what the purpose of the stunt may have been, but Kelly let slip that it was already scripted in advance.
