There are approximately 475000 Absentee / Provisional ballots still to be counted in San Diego County. Im not sure how may of those will effect the race (the Urban core of SD is not in the 52 district, Im guessing about 30% of the remaining might have 52nd race on their ballot - about 15,000 ballots - but thats just a guess - we should no more later today when sdvote.com updates its totals).
