(36,470 posts)I expect to see the same 'ole shenanigans with not enough voting machines in dem precincts & lots of stories about disenfranchised (mostly) dem voters, but I also would not be surprised to see an event even more shocking & upsetting that the 2000 SCOTUS steal & the 2004 OH flip.
The repubs, both the tea baggers & regular party, are desperate. The People are starting to see how wacko the TB are, but the repubs can't shake them, off cuz they can't win w/o them. They are slime & will do whatever they have to, to win.
I have plenty of issues with some of this president's policies, but I am voting against bigotry this year. If they win, they will feel their hate has been validated. And of course, the media will hail it as a mandate. A mandate on hate.
Speaking of hate, have I mentioned how much I hate the corporate media?
