It is as simple as that.
Strategy #2 Blame the resulting fail caused by the tax cuts on Pres.Obama.
Strategy #3 Blame the Bush Stimulus on Pres.Obama.
Strategy #4 If all else fails blame Pres.Obama.
Strategy #5 Blame Pres.Obama.
It is simple,Take all the credit and none of the blame.
