Tump nominated Mathew Petersen for a federal District Court, someone who has never tried a case before and knows jack shit about court trials. Please see his hearing from last week. The courts are being populated by Trump flunkies who are not picked for their quLifications but for their ideological rigidity.
Can First Amendment protect Fox..Re Obstruction of Justice?
I think Fox personalities are doing obstruction of justice on an active investigation....they have gone from reporting news to being active participants on Trump's brhalf, and although i am not an attorney, i dont believe the First Amendment protects criminal conduct. Fox personalities are smearing the FBI and calling for the firing of Mueller. I think this has crossed into obstruction territory.

With Muller's subpoena of the bank records of Trump himself and his associates
an iron clad evidence of a giant web of money laundering, criminal conspiracy with Russian agents, and illegal coordination of election activities is about to be exposed. The frenzied activity by Republicans in Congress this week to attack Mueller and the FBI seems to be to discredit the forthcoming irrefutable evidence of law breaking by the guy sitting in the White House. The interview with Trump's lawyers next week or so seems to be a big deal and Mueller might signal to the lawyers that he is looking at a mountain of evidence of law breaking by the President and may give them the choice of either Trump resigning to save his/and his family's skin, or have Mueller present his evidence publicly to Congress and the American people---and have Trump try to survive the legal/political consequences. Flynn may have given all the evidence and corraboration Mueller needed to show that Trump himself and his team may have been actively seeking illegal aid from the Russians in wining the election, in addition to the additional crimes of money laundering, and conspiring with foreign agents, violating multiple U.S. statues.
The unusual screams of "FBI corrupt", "Justice department bad", "unfair" from Trump, Fox propaganda network, and Congressional Trump worshippers may be because they got a wind of what Mueller is about to unload.
The Republican tax cut is temporary for middle/lower class people--permanent for corporations
The elephant in the room is that this tax scam will give tax cuts to almost everybody now, but while everyone is so giddy about that, it will end most of the tax cuts for middle/lower income people by 2019 and they will get a giant tax increase if a Congress doesn't keep extending it. It is sad that Republicans found it to be so important to make the tax cut for the rich and corporations permanent, but middle class and lower class people will have to petition Congress every few years to get a lower tax rate.

And call out the President and his minions in Congress for disparaging and bad mouthing the FBI and the Justice Department, trying to undermine an active investigation. Why are they letting them get away with it without a challenge?? Trump keeos saying people are angry about the FBI. He must mean the 32pct that support him no matter what. The vast majority of people support the FBI.

Not only will they already have been removed from office but probably would be negotiating a plea deal with prosecutors by now. And the Fox headline would have been Russia Russia 24 hours a day. A Republican does the crime and the gas bags at Fox are like..naah lets focus on the investigators.

Unless you are breaking the law, or support someone who has broken the law, you should not have any problems with the FBI.
Rush and other Trump worshippers cant dispute the facts
Of the Russia investigation. So they have to distract and change the topic to irrelevant things like a text by a single FBI agent (Out of hundreds working on tjis investigation) and who wrote what on Comeys public remark. They are willing to give Trump a pass for conspiring with Russian agents and would rather focus on their crazy conspiracy theories about the FBI.

About captured intelligence that shows Putin's order to interfere in the election to help Trump win....knowing Trump himself might be a Kremlin puppet or a useful.
