Deadbeat Trump strikes again: refuses to pay a vendor $34K. Gets sued. Loses $300K.

This is how he's made his fortune -- stiffing people.

Most of them decide its not worth it to pursue him, but this stubborn vendor spent $300K in attorney's fees to get $34K that Trump owed to him.

But Trump will keep doing this because he knows most people, unlike this paint seller, won't think it's worth taking a chance on losing.

While developer Donald Trump was busy getting the Republican Party’s presidential nomination this week, he was losing big in a Miami-Dade County courtroom.

Circuit Court Judge Jorge Cueto, presiding over a lawsuit related to unpaid bills brought by a local paint store against the Trump National Doral Miami golf resort, ordered the billionaire politician’s company to pay the Doral-based mom-and-pop shop nearly $300,000 in attorney’s fees.

All because, according to the lawsuit, Trump allegedly tried to stiff The Paint Spot on its last payment of $34,863 on a $200,000 contract for paint used in the renovation of the home of golf’s famed Blue Monster two years ago.

Can anyone point to specific emails sent by DSW that are truly offensive

and/or indicate that actions were taken against Bernie's campaign?

Other than Brad Marshall's email, I haven't read any that were truly offensive or show that some action was taken against Bernie.

For example, answering "LOL" to a claim of Weaver's they disagreed with certainly doesn't qualify -- in my view -- but I saw that listed in one article.

Malik Obama, the half-brother endorsing Trump, was best friends with Libyan dictator Moammar Khadafy

He’s also annoyed that Clinton and President Obama killed Libyan leader Moammar Khadafy, whom he called one of his best friends.

He's also pissed off that Barack Obama didn't help him run for governor in Kenya.

Malik Obama sought to capitalize on his now-famous surname by running for governor of the Kenyan county of Siaya in 2013, but he was defeated in that election by a wide margin. He made headlines in the U.S. in July 2016 when he announced to the New York Post that he would be voting not for his brother's putative Democratic successor, Hillary Clinton, but for Republican candidate Donald Trump

http://www.snopes.com/2016/07/24/obamas-half-brother-says-hes-voting-for-donald-trump/

This is from a Boston Globe piece a year ago:

“He’s not an honest man,” Malik said.

Then it got even crazier: Malik speculated that Obama’s real father is actually a communist named Frank Marshall Davis, indulging the wild theory that Gilbert had put forth in his “documentary” Dreams of My Real Father.

After years of serving as fodder for the far right, Obama’s brother has officially joined them. Then he had the gall to lament that he hasn’t been invited to the bigwig dinner during the presidential visit.

“It’s a big humiliation,” Malik said. “He doesn’t want anything to do with me anymore.”

Gee. I can’t imagine why.

CNN: Wasserman Schultz resigning as party leader

http://www.cnn.com/2016/07/22/politics/dnc-wikileaks-emails/

Debbie Wasserman Schultz is stepping down as chairwoman of the Democratic National Committee at the end of the party's convention, which is set to begin here Monday.

The Florida congresswoman's resignation -- under pressure from top Democrats -- comes amid hackers' release of emails that show DNC staffers favoring Hillary Clinton over Bernie Sanders in the party's 2016 nominating contest.

Wasserman Schultz announced her resignation in a statement Sunday afternoon, saying she remains committed to seeing Clinton elected president.

"Going forward, the best way for me to accomplish those goals is to step down as Party Chair at the end of this convention," Wasserman Schultz said in her statement.

Democrats changing superdelegate rules; a Sanders win

http://chicago.suntimes.com/news/democrats-changing-superdelegate-rules-a-sanders-win/

On Saturday, after a lengthy debate during the Democratic Party’s rules committee — as Occupy protesters marched outside — the Sanders and Clinton delegates agreed to create a “unity” commission. The commission will be charged with developing rules that would reduce the number of superdelegates by two-thirds. It will also give Sanders, Clinton and the Democratic National Committee each the responsibility of picking members for the commission.

“This is a tremendous victory for Senator Sanders’ fight to democratize the Democratic Party and reform the Democratic nominating process,” Jeff Weaver, Sanders’ campaign manager, said in a statement. “We were pleased to work with the Clinton campaign to enact this historic commission.”

Debbie Wasserman Schultz Out As Democratic Convention Chair After Email Leak

Source: NPR

Amid furor over an email leak that revealed a bias against Bernie Sanders inside the Democratic National Committee, Debbie Wasserman Schultz is out as chair of the convention.

In an email to NPR, the office of Rep. Marcia Fudge said she "has been named permanent chair of the Democratic National Convention."

Sen. Bernie Sanders featured heavily in the hacked Democratic National Committee emails released by WikiLeaks Friday.

The emails, which were released by WikiLeaks just days before the party's convention launches in Philadelphia, appear to show top DNC officials trading ideas on how to hurt Sanders at the polls.

In one email out of the 20,000 leaked, the committee's Chief Financial Officer Brad Marshall appears to float an idea to question Sanders' Jewish faith.
