Either the judge doesn't want the consequences, or his hands are tied from above.

I think we're waiting on a bigger shoe to drop, maybe the full reveal on the RNC/DNC bomber and his or her higher-up. I still wonder if they can't reveal the truth because foreign operatives were enlisted and the revelation would create an international incident. But it's pure speculation and worthy of a spy-thriller.

That's the trial which I believe is the most serious - if he ever makes it there - thanks to Judge Cannon.
