In 2012, incumbent Bernie Sanders won in a total landslide.

"The 2012 United States Senate election in Vermont was held on November 6, 2012, alongside a presidential election, other elections to the United States Congress, as well as various state and local elections. Incumbent Independent U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders won re-election to a second term in a landslide, capturing nearly three-quarters of the vote."

Why is that?
How can that tell against him?

How can the fact that he, an incumbent, won in a landslide, tell against him in any way?

Just askin.

People do say that he can't win, you know.
For example, they criticize his hair-do.
They say that his hair-do isn't electable. I say that's ridiculous -- proven wrong from the facts. In this case the facts tell for him, not against him.
Likewise facts regarding his electability in general seem to tell for him, not against him.

He is exactly what this country needs ASAP.
He is fighting a tough battle with the opposition having more money to spend.

I would bet Bernie is able
to motivate grassroots movement to help that.

I've voted Dem since 18 (50 years) but it's been a very long time since I felt this positive about a presidential candidate.
