3. Saw it! And them with it in the bleachers at the Kennar, Louisiana event outside New Orleans. Cool!

What a great crowd, 4,500 fired up good folks and kids at that event.

Thom H. was discussing the Bernie MSM news blackout today, and mentioned that with all the US & international news he reads mornings- NYT, WaPo, FT (Financial Times) and more, he would have never known that many people showed up for Bernie in LA (Red state), more than have shown up for LA Gov. Bobby Jindal, or even a GOP 2016 candidate.

He mentions with all the news he reads every morning he didn't know that Bernie pulled 5,000 supporters in Louisiana until a caller to his show said they attended the event.

12. Yes, thanks for reminding me! What a character. Those folks were so excited, loved seeing the

young ones and all behind Bernie when speaking at the Pontchartrain Ctr. They will remember that experience for years!
The South is the home of Amer. populism, from the 1880s and well before Huey Long. Same in the Midwest, goes way back to famers, land and bank issues. (Not to mention being exploited by industrialists, 'carpet baggers', a pejorative term also used by the Brits esp. in regard to English financiers and Australia).
