Senator Bernie Sanders held a press conference this afternoon to officially announce his 2016 run for the White House. Sanders spent a great deal of his announcement taking questions from reporters and laying out his agenda for the country, focusing on the wealth gap and the billionaire class that is “literally able to buy elections.”

I've was fortunate enough to meet Bernie at a DSA meeting in San Diego years and years ago and I can tell you he's stayed on message the whole time, a true peoples advocate.

It isn't going to be easy for him with the Opposition...but if YOUNG PEOPLE could listen to him and Hear his Message!

His being in the race will have a significantly positive effect on this country. And I think we may be pleasantly surprised by his popularity, once people hear him speak.
