You have to wait for the results of one alert before starting another one. if you alert goes against you 0-6 than you can not alert for 24 hours.

Not the drop down box where you could choose to send alert to Admin or to MIRT
and where you had to mark what kind of alert it was
just a single little box, choice was to "send alert to Admin."

The reason for all this is to prevent a troll that constantly joins up to alert on one particular member.
