When did the alert function change?

Obviously I have not used it for several months.
Now it is just one window to send alert.

1. The alert format is the same, but some rules have changed.

You have to wait for the results of one alert before starting another one. if you alert goes against you 0-6 than you can not alert for 24 hours.

2. When I hit alert a bit ago this pm, just one box opened.

Not the drop down box where you could choose to send alert to Admin or to MIRT
and where you had to mark what kind of alert it was
just a single little box, choice was to "send alert to Admin."

Posts that are alerted on that are 24 hours old go straight to the admins.

The reason for all this is to prevent a troll that constantly joins up to alert on one particular member.
