Hello, everyone.

I kept hearing about Democratic Underground and was glad to finally remember to get my arse over here. I'm a young liberal lady who's all about the doctrines of equality and "live and let live." So, for the most part, I respect others' opinions...unless they happen to plan on voting so that those opinions will be forced on people whose only "crime" is living differently than others would prefer. That is why I am a Liberal Democrat. So, I'm here to share ideas and help fight for progress.

Aside from politics, I'm an asexual atheistic-agnostic who likes to play older video games. I love reading and am currently plowing through George R.R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire series. My favorite physical activity is swinging on a swing set. It counts. My home state is Washington, but I was sadly dragged over to Florida by family four years ago. Trying to return home now.
