they've picked out OP's which they deem unimportant to mock and trivialize, and it won't be the last.

It's pathetic and juvenile, but once you accept that the truce was just a joke to them, it is easy to ignore their ugly stupidity. Just feel sorry for them that their lives are so empty. That's what I do.

People there defended the objectification, posted about which objectified female characters they'd like to 'date', etc.

Now I just pity them. The world is leaving them behind and they're so impotently angry about it. All they have left is bullying people online, and desperately wishing things would start trending in the other direction again.
