West Virginia Supreme Court Squashes Publicly Funded Campaigns
West Virginia Supreme Court Squashes Publicly Funded Campaigns
"Rather than applauding the effort of one man to tap into public funding of elections, the WV Supreme Court instead reinforced that the game to play in the current political landscape is a race to the top of the fundraising charts. Its yet another example of the precedent set by the US Supreme Courts Citizens United v. FEC decision."

We have two candidates for president, on the ballot in over half the states, that have qualified for and accepted Federal Election Commission matching campaign funds. Let's get them in the debates! What good are publicly funded campaign funds if the candidates are allowed to be silenced by the private presidential debate commission.
"I do not agree with what you have to say, but I'll defend to the death your right to say it." - Voltaire - and I'd add, your right to be heard, or your voice might as well have been silent - as the debate commission well knows.
