...are the natural result of slash-and-burn tactics. The DU admins may very well get the outcome they want, which apparently is fewer Bernie supporters. But you know the old saying, "Be careful what you wish for; you may get it." If 85% of us here at DU are Bernie Sanders supporters -- hell, even if it's only 50% of us, that's an awful lot of people to alienate from a site that depends on user donations for its survival. Also: any site that would kick MannyGoldstein off and leave MohRokTah here, given that both have made posts saying they would not ever vote for one of our Democratic candidates ... and given the relative quality of their posts overall ... geez. If that is any indication of what the admins want this site to become, well, good luck guys. You're gonna need it.

it's always Corps are afraid of Bernie, Hillary supporters are scared of Bernie.

Whats threats and fear mongering?

There is a negative reputation on social media that Bernie folks have earned and it is present here too.

...I am remarking upon the unequal treatment of Bernie supporters vs. Hillary supporters by our admins. Sorry if that offends you. I'm sure you will be very happy with a site that insists Bernie supporters know their place, which most definitely is not at the table with the Very Serious People.

Saying "Be careful what you wish for" is no threat, it is simply invoking an old saying that most people recognize has a lot of truth to it.

DU is chasing off some of its most prolific and interesting posters. At some point, this will create a devolution of the site. In fact I'd say it has already begun.

Finally, this was not intended as an inspirational post. So your point there is... well really you have no point.
