This would need to break open in the next week or two in order to make a big impact before the election.
It is interesting that he isn't limiting the offer to the official tax returns. He is inviting people who have any information about Romney's offshore money to come forward and they will negotiate a price for the documentation.
You would think that Romney would be in favor of this approach. After all, isn't that just the free market doing its job?
