Just like within the Republican party they hide RW economics behind conservative social issues.

Either way you go, you get RW economics that screw the 99%.

The Bernie Revolution is set to change that formula for the next generation at least. Throw off your shackles.

No need to run third rail.

But, some of us are trying to push them out and get the party back on the left rail again.

They're still in existence, but they're known as the DNC now.

I consider myself progressive.

This is the radical leftist extremist bogeyman. The Third Way organization which claimed the more moderate wing of the Democratic Party is nowhere near as powerful as the DLC once was and will never hold the kind of sway the DLC once held, thus the radical leftist extremists resort to the tried and true DLC bogeyman, even though that organization no longer exists.

DLC. "New Democrats." Third Way. Centrists. The names are legion, but underlying those labels, they are all neo-liberals, and they have taken the party in a "bloodless coup."

We either take it back or leave it, because I don't get in line for nor behind any neo-liberal.

thought one

Bernie Sanders is the only candidate running who is truly independent of Wall Street and Corporate corruption

thought two

If Bernie cant get the nomination, one must support Hillary Clinton as if their very lives depend on it, because it does

Those who are predisposed, thru privilege mostly, to withhold their votes, will do that, regardless of the damage.

My ONLY reason for MONTHS of calling people out for their "Bernie or the highway" attitude was to try and illustrate for them how selfish and wrong it is.

For my troubles I have had many posts hidden and am on the edge now as we speak.

It is absolute TRUTH.

That's why I think the Third Way should start their own political party and return the Democratic Party to those who hold genuinely democratic principles. FDR principles. Pre-Reagan principles.

Bernie Sanders principles.

Of all the dozens of political emails I get a day, I've never got one from either group.

Google DLC, you'll get nothing related to politics since the DLC is defunct. Third was is some remote organization that's nothing more than a boogie man used to make over-the-top arguments against certain Democrats they disagree with.
