Clinton overtakes Sanders in N.H. poll

Clinton overtakes Sanders in N.H. poll
By NICK GASS 11/03/15 11:00 AM EST

Hillary Clinton now holds a 3 percentage-point lead over Bernie Sanders among likely Democratic voters in the first primary state of New Hampshire, according to the results of a Monmouth University poll released Tuesday.

The former secretary of state jumped 7 points from the September poll, to 48 percent, while Sanders dropped 4 points, to 45 percent. (Those figures redistributed support from erstwhile candidates Lincoln Chafee and Jim Webb, and Vice President Joe Biden, who declined to enter the race.)

3. Very close. Sanders is holding his own and has a very short distance to go to completely defeat

Clinton. Good news.

Polling for Biden was kind of a waste of time but it made it look like the race was closer than it was. As expected, most of Biden's votes went for Clinton for now. But they are still up for grabs, and Bernie's issue stances will win some of them to his side -- enough to win New Hampshire. Good news for Bernie.

9. Bernie however may still be ahead as the difference between them is only 3 points

perhaps that is why there's a push to keep Bernie off the ballot in NH

11. Adtually, Bernie is still trending upwards when you look at the large scale of things.

Hillary went up after the Benghazi hearings, but she will go down again because she is a weak candidate.
