Why isn't the media covering the Ohio election laws

Rachel just did a segment on this and Big Ed had a State Senator from Ohio on his show talking about the blatant partisan laws that rethugs in leaning republican Counties get more time for early voting than Democrat leaning Counties. Is the party as a whole taking Ohio to Court on this and where is the DNC on this?

2. Personally I think this shit will backfire on the rethugs in that state come November

If its not taken to court before the election. I think even decent minded republicans not the fringes of the party but moderate republicans and most of all Independents will be out raged at these laws
