Putting jobs first?

The republipukes are dumber than I thought. (unless it's me). Rmoney is running on the slogan, "put jobs first". Correct me if I'm wrong, but the president can't really create jobs unless they are government job, right? And Rmoney has been quoted as "we want less government".
So how can he run with that slogan of putting jobs first, when he really cant put jobs first and wants to limit government?

and then avoided any legislation that might actually create jobs.

But they're always ready to give tax breaks to "job creators" that don't, slashing regulations and environmental protections, and label any BS legislation about God and voter "fraud" as jobs bills.

Lather, rinse, repeat. They're not dumb, they just play to the dumb people that believe their shit.
