Romney's address Tuesday to the national convention of the Veterans of Foreign Wars comes on the eve of an overseas visit to key allies. Aides say the former Massachusetts governor will outline to veterans his view that President Obama has relinquished U.S. leadership around the world.

Romney is set to accuse Obama of leaking for political gain classified details of the raid that killed al Qaeda terrorist leader Osama bin Laden.

In excerpts of the speech released by his campaign, Romney called the leak "contemptible." He says such action betrays the national interest, compromises troops in the field and demands a full and prompt investigation.

This ought to be interesting. He's trying create a scandal where there is none. Does he think the VFW is really that stupid?
