No matter what the SCOTUS decides tomorrow, it's LOSE/LOSE for the GOPigs

1. They uphold the whole law. So the GOP goes out and says "we don't care, we want to take it away from you!".

2. They uphold the law, but toss out the mandate. BIGGGG can of worms opened, Insurance Companies start dropping people because the pool it too small, GOP rejoices. Hopefully the DEMS then go for Medicare for all, "See we want to help you the GOP is glad you lost coverage".

3. They toss everything, DEMS go Medicare for all, run with "we gave, they took away, we're trying to give it back".

No matter what, the GOP is going to be running uphill, pushing a dead elephant, dragging another one.

then they can scream that they need you to vote for still more republicans to repeal it.

if they knock it down, obama will get credit for trying and for getting the insurers to keep whatever features they choose to keep (they've already indicated that they'll keep some of it voluntarily no matter what).

if it's a hodgepodge, people will trust obama to fix it more than rmoney, that's for sure!

1a. They uphold the whole law, the GOP goes out and says "we don't care, it costs YOU too much! It has to go". The DEMS pop in "great, yes let's lower the costs! MEDICARE FOR ALL as one of the plans you can buy into!"
