That Romney is creepy isn't the point

According to the 13th article of faith of the mormon superstition, which this individual actively supports, the US government will eventually be deposed and the country occupied by hebrews to become the seat of the future reign of god on Earth. This infantile superstition may be laughable, but it is totally illegal for someone running for president. You can't be elected to office if you support an organization that itself supports the overthrow of the US government by another power, even if that power is the official hebrew god. Much more disturbing that Romney's sleaziness is the fact that voters find an unctuously repugnant character like this one acceptable for the White House. Obama is just barely ahead in the futures markets and has been dropping steadily in the past month - he is now just two points ahead. Wisconsin showed how effective futures markets are at predicting an election's outcome. Better to step outside the resonant chamber and start giving generously - money is the only thing that could stop this sleazy narcissist from becoming the top dog.

13. We believe in being honest, true, chaste, benevolent, virtuous, and in doing good to all men; indeed, we may say that we follow the admonition of Paul-We believe all things, we hope all things, we have endured many things, and hope to be able to endure all things. If there is anything virtuous, lovely, or of good report or praiseworthy, we seek after these things.

I will also agree that Romney is sleazy and narcissistic and has many other character faults.

However attacking his religion in the manner that you did reminds me of the concern over electing JFK as some felt he would listen and obey the Pope.

Anti-Catholicism in the United States

***snip***

1960 election

A key factor that affected the vote for and against John F. Kennedy in his 1960 campaign for the presidency of the United States was his Catholic religion. Catholics mobilized and gave Kennedy from 75 to 80 percent of their votes.[41] Some Protestant spokesmen, such as Norman Vincent Peale, still feared the Pope would be giving orders to a Kennedy White House.[42] To allay such fears, Kennedy kept his distance from church officials and in a highly publicized confrontation told the Protestant ministers of the Greater Houston Ministerial Association on September 12, 1960, "I am not the Catholic candidate for President. I am the Democratic Party's candidate for President who also happens to be a Catholic. I do not speak for my Church on public matters – and the Church does not speak for me."[43] He promised to respect the separation of church and state and not to allow Church officials to dictate public policy to him. Kennedy counterattacked by suggesting that it was bigotry to relegate one-quarter of all Americans to second-class citizenship just because they were Catholic. In the final count, the additions and subtractions to Kennedy's vote because of religion probably canceled out. He won a close election; The New York Times reported a “narrow consensus” among the experts that Kennedy had won more than he lost as a result of his Catholicism,[44] as Catholics flocked to Kennedy to demonstrate their group solidarity in demanding political equality.

Let's focus on Romney's weaknesses and character flaws and leave his religion out of the discussion. Harry Reid who is the current Senate Majority Leader is also a Mormon and a Democrat.

Harry Reid

Harry Mason Reid (born December 2, 1939) is the senior United States Senator from Nevada, serving since 1987. A member of the Democratic Party, he has been the Senate Majority Leader since January 2007, having previously served as Minority Leader and Minority and Majority Whip.

Previously, Reid was a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, representing Nevada's 1st congressional district, and served in Nevada local and state government as city attorney of Henderson, a state legislator, the 25th Lieutenant Governor, and chairman of the Nevada Gaming Commission.

As Senate Majority Leader and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Harry Reid has achieved a more senior elected position in the United States government than any Mormon in history.

Promulgating blatantly false anti-mormon propaganda. No different than that "Surah 9:11" stuff or making claims from the Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion.

Of the 13 articles of faith in the mormon superstition, the one that states the US will be taken over by a god is article number 10, anyone who doubts this, please read it. The god will be male, probably blond and tall with blue eyes and definitely heterosexual.

As for my article being hurtful and rude, well, sorry about that, what I said is essentially correct.

Now, if anyone promotes the view that a god or goddess (kali, the hebrew god, or any other god) should take over this country and establish his or her dominion in the US, then that should be some form of treason.

Before you laugh, please look into the mormon superstition closely - you will be astonished at what you find out.

None of this would matter if it weren't that Romney, a pathological narcissist, is very likely to take over, reverse much of the progress achieved under Obama, and inflict great harm to the US by turning the clock back not only in financial deregulation, but in many other areas where some progress was achieved.
