We are in trouble. It sounded garbled and it was difficult to understand what he was saying. Am I missing anything. Is there better video?

Some of it, roughly

The interviewer asks him if he considers Hispanics important to the next election.
Sen. Sander answers That the Latino population is part of the US. They have their particular worries, and that's why he's there.

Interviewer asks if he has plans for the 11 million undocumented
Sen. Sander answers that yes he does and that two years ago ot immigration reform and he's disheartened that the Hause has let two years pass and done nothing. That Executive action can be good, but a path towards citicenship is needed

Interviewer asks about closing the border and guest worker programs, and why he voted against McCain-Kennedy bill which icluded those things.
Sen. Sander answers that there's a need for a path to citizenship and that the borders must be protected, but one thing has no bearing on the other. hat is just a politica excuse.
Interviewer ask about extending DACA and DAPA

Sen. Sander answers, shoer answer S-I Obama wants a law passes, but if that doesn't happen he can rely on executive orders. He'd extend DACA DAPA.

This is taking to long and I have things to do. But I hope this helps

ETA: OK, Have a little time for a small summary he's the son of immigrants. We all come from immigrants, We wont forget where he came from. A Path toward citizenship is needed.

He says he can beat Hillary because people are fed up, then he goes to his economic message that we know, nothing new there to report.

At the end when he tried to speak Spanish, it was kind of painful, but overall a good appearance.
