2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumTonight, millions of Republicans are happy, while millions more are sweating bullets!!!
The kook wing of the Republican party are delirious tonight with Newt's win, while others like Susan Molinari, Peter King and their minions are scared to death of what could happen if Newt were to somehow pull off a huge upset and actually get the nomination.
Don't think it'll happen, but it's nice to know the civil war in Republican land will continue for a while.

Ive not noticed the Republicans to be especially picky about their candidates as long as they are willing to say "no taxes, government bad".
Why would they fear Newt? Seems like the main Repub worry about newt would be "in any remotely sane world, he would lose terribly"
