Will Wall Street spurn GOP in 2014?

Will Wall Street spurn GOP in 2014?

2/4/13

Wall Street donors and bundlers plunged hundreds of millions of dollars into the GOPís effort to take back the White House and Senate this year ó and now some are threatening to cut off the spigot ahead of 2014 in the face of disappointing results.

New York donors have a list of complaints: Republicans focused too much on social issues, backed too many weak candidates, stalled Hurricane Sandy aid and even let taxes go up for the very rich ó in other words, the very people giving the money and their friends.

2. Stands to reason.

The Republicans have proven themselves to be ineffectual losers while Obama and the Democrats have treated Wall Street to wonderful gifts and perks as well as turning a blind eye to restitution and justice.
What more could a corrupt galley of fat tycoons want?
