mail in ballots and early voting results will be released at 7:00 p.m. I can tell you with almost 100% certainty that if those results in my county go to Clinton than she will be the next President. No doubt in my mind!

this is only the vote in the Eastern Time Zone. There is a part of Florida in the panhandle that is Trump country that won't dump in until 8 PM. The last few elections, the early vote has mirrored the final vote, but you need to wait until 8PM, not 7.

If it was up to me, they wouldn't release any returns until midnight in the Aleutian Islands

be released starting when the polls close in the CENTRAL time zone states. Just in case she (knock wood--one of them) isn't leading by enough to call it before then.
