I call it the "David Broder" syndrome.

You should change your OP to reflect the fact that this is idle speculation. Maybe that will happen (though it's hard to imagine the Democrats supporting it), but Obama has in no way indicated that he would cave on this.

then there should be a 250% tax on the value of health insurance for anyone with income over $250k that continues to work past 65.
