1. I read somewhere yesterday that in California.. PBO's

margin of Victory was greater than both of bush's. Also, in Calif.. the President's margin was more than Reagan's or Nixon's.

...on all sides by Tea Party Repubs.

23. Well considering that Bush lost CA to Gore and Kerry that is pretty easy to do

The last GOP was win in CA was George Herbert Walker Bush in 1988 when he beat Dukakis narrowly something like 51-47 percent.

30. My bad.. I wrote that wrong! I meant to say California

only once with the reagan and nixon comparisons. the first Margin of Victory over "bush" should read for the whole country.

4. I saw the numbers by county....

NY and NJ were missing over 1 million voters due I guess to Sandy.
The lions share of those would have gone to Obama because those counties went to Obama.....

Oh well...all that matters is that Romney will never be president.

25. I agree ! Same lunacy as when people voted for Bush second time - even after they

knew he lied about WMD

"The WHOLE world thought Saddam had them." And never once, did a single solitary journalist ask the question, can you be more specific and give us a list of each country that thought this and what their evidence was INDEPENDENT from the US?"

Man, what did I just make myself angry all over again. I must be some kind of masochist.

22. Ohio now at +3 for Obama. He was at +1.9 last week before the provisionals were counted.

I suspect many still not counted yet so he could go higher to around 4pts.

which is not a narrow victory.

26. 2008 results

Barack Obama Democratic Illinois 69,498,215 52.93%
John McCain Republican Arizona 59,948,240 45.66%

It would be cool if he could find 4 million votes out there !

27. Landslide victory.

This country has changed, and there's no going back. If we play our cards right, the GOP might seriously never win another Presidential Election.
