What I get from the statement is that he is trying to say that their internal numbers are indicating these silly numbers.

Speculation?

I would guess that he is dishonestly referencing primary exit polling data; as in - of the minuscule number of black people who voted in the Republican primaries, 39% of them went for Trump in PA, 16% in NC, etc.

Trump used to LOVE walking around after the primaries squawking about how he got xx% of the African American vote!

blacks live in the cities and suburbs and they are heavily Dem in all communities because they are more diverse than the farmlands.

military, whatever. It has to be received before the 8th. And yes, everyone votes on the 8th. I work the poll and have to be there at 6Am and cannot leave until all our work is done at the end of the night. We always allow a small number of watchers but they have to be registered and have a certificate saying they are. It is a limited amount and the poll where I work has never had more than two, and sometimes less. They are not allowed in until the polls open and can stay until the votes are counted at the end of the night. Most don't stay that long. The have to stay in their designated spot, away from the sign in area and the voting machines. They can challenge a person's right to vote though. But, they have to be from the county they are watching.

that is basically impossible to double -almost triple- black support in only 10 days ENDING- I might add- 12 Days ago. Trump was bombing in the polls during this period. What has happened over last 12 days. Its Rasmussen playing with the numbers

Here's the thread from DI with the alleged "factual basis"-doesn't pass the giggle test

If you have been here through the primaries, you will recall one group crowing over CNN polling results that did not provide breakouts for how a certain age group voted in a poll. When you drilled down you found out that around 30 of that age group were polled, but that was not enough to provide a large enough sample to make any determinations. That is what a reputable polling agency would say in that situation.

Since Rasmussen doesn't weight the samples of their polls properly (at all really) in order to reflect the demographics of the population, there is no telling how many African Americans were even polled. It could be a small and very unrepresentative sample.

If I poll ten African Americans and three of that sample said they prefer Trump where only one did of my sample of ten last week, that is a 20% increase. Can I ethically make that assertion since a sample of ten can't possibly tell me anything about the preferences of the larger population of African Americans in a state? No, but that might not stop certain polling agencies with a pronounced agenda.

Trump is in such desperate shape he now requires multiplication, not addition. Divide by 3.

They want their supporters to believe this is much closer than it is. Then they can scream "THEFT" when The Donald loses badly. Roger Stone already telegraphed the plot line months ago. Can't win it? Delegitimize the outcome and go for civil strife.

These are alt-right arsonists. Their ultimate goal? Burn it down.

From where I sit this is nothing less than treason. We're going to need a lot of jail cells.

Twenty-five % of African Americans? Trump will be lucky to break double digits. In any state.
