2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumSo three young women, Sanders' supporters are not sure whethery they would vote for Clinton
(on MSNBC)
Great. Let's see how much they like it when their reproductive rights are curtailed by a Trump Supreme Court.
Why are people so stupid? Oh, one of them complained that Sanders was the last speaker. As Rachel commented later, she does not understand that the last speaker is the most important slot.

The fact we have declared Green Party voters taking up space at OUR convention is an outrage.

(8,709 posts)Just curious because I was watching the convention with the 360 degrees movement. This person with a blue shirt kept holding up a sheet with something written on it only to get attention from MSNBC. She would look back and when the camera was put on her jump up with the white sheet. Seemed like a nutcase.

Regrettable tho it may be, racking up the decades buffs away one's idealism. Their youthfulness was showing.

Some of these states are truly "for" Bernie Sanders.
Understand the nuanced ramifications.
This is democracy in action.

But to support a third party nominee? Then go to that party convention.

(15,805 posts)It was all about their feelings. They are reacting to emotions. Not a one of them seemed to have considered the long range and wide reaching consequences for not voting for Hillary. They are basically single issue voters, but I still can't understand why TPP is their primary interest.

I mean she doesn't even know basic things about her own candidate and the people who supported him and the process. Yet we are supposed to take her fee-fees into account?
