Romney so Confident he didn't write a concession speech?

I was just watching MSNBC and on it one of the reporters for the Romney campaign said that Romney only wrote a victory and didn't bother writing a concession. Is he really trying to be that ignorant about what the results might be tonight?

It would be an indication of a lack of faith if he were to contemplate the prospect of losing.

Like Steve Schmidt just said, it is the responsibility of the losing candidate to respect the American people and the continuity of government.

The Romney campaign has been immature from the start.

He had someone do it for him (he is after all a member of the "served" class) and you can bet that a concession speech was written and is ready to go.

that is the sort of thing an respectable statesman with an ounce of decency would do. He is running for president just for his own shits and jiggles, not out of some higher purpose. He sees a loss the same as not winning the account from the big firm.

Even if you think you have only a 1% chance of losing, you cyoa so to speak.

He has to be bluffing. He has to have a speech somewhere. It is only common sense. Obama should have one, and so should he.

Hell, news agencies have obituaries pre-written for almost every celebrity you can imagine with blanks to be filled in so they aren't ever caught with their pants down.

It would just be such unbelievably bad planning not to have a speech written for even the off case Gary Johnson wins... and he won't.

You cover EVERY base.

He won't run for political office again, and I think he's going to say "They say Obama has won. Nobody's won until every vote is counted." And make this a painfully long election.

He doesn't care about the U.S., only his money.
