He knows the AP crowned Hill the "presumptive nominee" the night before six primaries that had the Hill campaign in a panic.

And he knows the bogus crowning suppressed the vote the next day.

And since he is an intelligent human being he knows what the Hill camp did.

He also knows that she does not have 2383 delegates and there are lots and lots of questions remaining about her status.
