Extended early voting in Florida used a provisional ballot

in case their ability to vote then is overturned by a later court. Think about that for a moment - the voters won't vote on election day because they have already voted. They will be disenfranchised.

Bill Cowles, the county’s elections supervisor, said voters who are showing up Sunday are being asked to use a provisional ballot because they can be found should the order be overturned, per Florida law.
