He's doing it right. Send Jill and Michelle there, and stay in the Midwest where the election will be won. If O leaves Ohio, Wisky, and Iowa at all, then he should go to Florida where the reward is highest and he can end this thing by snuffing out Mittens entirely.

to keep from giving the teabaggers & Crew any additional enthusiasm.

The NC R's votes are better than 5-plane but still not as good as NC D's.

but winning VA and NC is the same number of electoral votes as winning OH and WI. So if he won the first two he could easily win without the last two. Admittedly if he wins NC then I can see no scenario where he would lose Ohio.

4. Both campaigns seem to have written this state off

It's hard to believe that if in fact the race in NC was this close that neither Romney nor Obama would stop for a visit.

Apparently they both have some internal numbers that we don't know about.

9. Yep, just heard that in a bit of Prez Clinton's speech right now

that was just played on The Daily Rundown.

NC is not lost AT ALL... President Obama is just focused on locking down the states he's got the best shot in that will get him at or above 270. Bill and Michelle probably play better with the type of dems and swayable independents that are in NC than PBO does.

in the bag. And Obama is concentrating on more likely to win states. But NC is not written off.
Michelle will be there, Jill Biden will be there, and apparently Bill Clinton too.

the campaign at least 20 hours of canvassing on Sun - Tues. Even while working I've been talking up voting among Dem voters and giving out voter guides. I really want the win for all the NC OFA staff who have worked so hard.
